Position: Aboveground Storage Tank Field Service Technician (FST)

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be our "boots on the ground," working directly on job sites to conduct essential testing, installations, and repairs. You'll use our proprietary software, TANCS, to document your findings. Ideal candidates often come from backgrounds in HVAC, plumbing, mechanics, electrical work, carpentry, or cable technology.

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in trades or industrial/commercial environments

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling)

• Willingness to undergo a DOT physical, drug screening, DMV check, and background check, as per applicable laws

• Commitment to safety protocols and technical guidelines

• Independence in work (post-training) and basic computer skills for data entry

• Strong communication skills

• Flexibility to travel across multiple states, including overnight stays lasting up to 2 weeks at a time (hotels and generous per diem provided)

  Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and surveys

• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems

• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems

• Input and analyze test results, reporting any issues to the Operations team

• Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your company vehicle
