Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/15/2025 - 11/15/2025

Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields for planting, work fields and harvest soybeans, corn, rice and other grains on a grain farm. Farm sanitation duties are performing maintenance and minor repairs to farm vehicles and equipment will be required. General farm labor, such as shovel, drainage, cleaning shop, etc. will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
