Robert Half HR Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Description

We are in search of a diligent HR Coordinator to become a part of our team based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves a significant amount of multi-tasking, from processing employment verifications and ordering uniforms to handling office scanning and background check paperwork.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting initial screening of potential candidates to evaluate their suitability for various roles.

• Providing comprehensive support to the HR Manager, assisting them in their daily duties and responsibilities.

• Processing and verifying employment information accurately to ensure the authenticity of the data.

• Handling the ordering and distribution of uniforms, ensuring all team members have the necessary attire.

• Overseeing office scanning processes, ensuring all essential documents are digitally stored and easily accessible.

• Managing paperwork related to background checks, making sure all necessary checks are carried out in accordance with company policy.

• Utilizing various software tools, including ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, for efficient HR operations.

• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with established HR policies and procedures.

• Overseeing benefit functions, ensuring all employees are aware of their entitlements and how to access them.

• Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements • Must possess proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required

• Prior experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software is necessary

• Knowledge of About Time software is advantageous

• Experience in Auditing within the HR function is preferred

• Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal guidelines

• Should possess a strong understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate ethical behavior at all times

• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is required

• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role within the HR department is beneficial.
