National Dentex Human Resource Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently we have 50+ labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a Full Time Human Resource Analyst. This position will be a Hybrid position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and remote.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Assisting with HRIS and Timekeeping configuration, system optimization, deployment of system enhancements and implementations of new modules

  • Lead System setup for Performance Review and Merit processes

  • Report Writing in HRIS and Timekeeping systems

  • Conduct Compensation studies for positions

  • Learn all aspects of HRIS and Payroll for backup purposes

  • Organization Chart maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience working in HRIS and Timekeeping systems – UKG Pro and UKG WFM (formerly Kronos/Dimensions) preferred

  • Experience with report writing in a HR system (UKG Business Intelligence preferred)

  • Experience with Performance Reviews and Merit Planning processes

  • Must be able to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Intermediate HR experience and knowledge required

  • Proficiency in Visio preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • High level of oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and self-motivation

  • Must perform duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision

  • Team player, maintaining a positive customer focus, both internally and externally as well as with peers

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Required: Associates degree or higher

  • Preferred: 5 Years of HR and Timekeeping system experience

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

  • All office equipment

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks at workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
