We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida for a hybrid role. The role entails designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, emphasizing an exceptional user experience.

Additionally, we require a proficient DataBricks Engineer for our development team. This position is pivotal in constructing and upholding our data infrastructure on the Azure platform, which is integral for strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Opportunities include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying data solutions via Azure DataBricks.

• Executing ETL processes to convert raw data into actionable insights for analysis and reporting.

• Innovating to augment data processing efficiency and capabilities, including implementing security and data protection protocols.

• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing.

• Offering technical guidance and support across teams and departments.

• Engaging in code reviews and delivering constructive feedback.

• Diagnosing and resolving issues identified by users and QA teams.

Basic qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Databricks Engineer or in a comparable capacity.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala.

• A solid grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure preferred) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Comprehension of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

• The capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to producing quality software.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD).

  Requirements

• Databricks Engineer or in a comparable capacity.

• Expertise in languages like Python, SQL, and Scala.

• A solid grasp of data structuring, data storage solutions, and ETL mechanisms.

• Acquaintance with cloud services (Azure is preferred) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Comprehension of software development protocols, including Agile practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communicative prowess.

• Autonomous and collaborative work proficiency in dynamic settings.

• Meticulousness and dedication to producing superior software.

Desirable qualifications:

• Acumen in DevOps methodologies and instruments (e.g., CI/CD workflows, Azure DevOps).

• Knowledge of microservices frameworks.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
