Job Summary:

The Medical Warehouse Logistics Specialist manages the flow of medical supplies and assets within the warehouse, as well as to fire incidents or projects as requested. This role ensures accurate tracking, inventory control, and maintenance of supplies and equipment using the Operative IQ system. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: *Inventory Management: Use *Operative IQ to track and manage medical supplies, assets, and equipment. Conduct regular cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels. Asset Tracking: Track all medical equipment and assets using *Operative IQ, including asset assignment, condition monitoring, and maintenance scheduling. Assist with equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Ensure asset records are up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards. *Supply Chain Logistics: Receive, store, and distribute medical supplies efficiently and accurately.
