The Vance Groupis seeking a hardworking and dependableLandscape Crew Memberto join our team! No experience is required, but it is a plus. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate landscaping equipment, including aweed eater, edger, zero-turn mower, and blower, or be willing to learn.
• Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of properties.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Other landscaping duties as assigned.
