Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality medical services.

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in senior care, home care, or patient care preferred
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
• Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities
• Ability to handle behavioral health situations with empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately
• Experience working with elderly is a plus
