We’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the Family Office team of a leading venture capital firm in Palo Alto. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-profile entrepreneurs and investors while managing the financial needs of their families. Responsibilities:

• Review individual, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns for family office clients

• Manage and nurture client relationships

• Plan and review quarterly tax estimates, annual extensions, and returns

• Research and address tax issues; respond to notices

• Support the CFO and Directors on special projects as needed

  Requirements

• 6+ years of tax experience with high-net-worth clients;

• CPA and trust experience a plus

• Proficiency with complex tax forms (1040s, K-1s, trusts) and a proactive approach

• Experience with investment-focused clients preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong professionalism, integrity, and discretion
