Seeking Full Time Housekeeping Staff!

Pay Range:  $20-21/hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3:00PM - 11:30PM

The Job: Join our dynamic team! We are seeking full-time team members. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key housekeeping duties.

    The Core Duties:

  • Keeping our campus sparkling!

  • Dusting and mopping floors

  • Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes

  • Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff

  • Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task

  • Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling

  • Assisting in the laundry area

    The Essentials:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar sized institution preferred

  • Ability to deal with frequent interruptions

  • Ability to identify safety hazards and act accordingly

  • Ability to carry out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis

  • Ability to complete task to the highest standards possible

  • Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community and other employees              

  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

  • Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives

  • Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
