Our client seeks an Operational Support Specialist to help keep their law firm running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will be required to utilize your tech, accounting, and administrative experience to maintain and enhance the client’s operational procedures and processes. This law firm offers a casual and energetic office environment and ample opportunities for growth and professional development while you serve as the Operational Support Specialist.

This position is fully in-person and requires daily office attendance in Palo Alto, California.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily hands-on operational support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems.

• Utilize knowledge of basic accounting principles to assist with tasks such as financial reporting, billing, and invoicing.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including attorneys and paralegals.

• Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, opening and sorting mail, and scheduling meetings and events as needed.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of tech experience, preferably in a similar operational or administrative support role.

• Minimum of one year of basic accounting and billing experience.

• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Solid skills in data analysis and interpretation.

• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills with a polished and professional demeanor.

• Willingness to adapt, learn new skills, and be a constructive team player.

• Strong preference for candidates with marketing experience.
