Job Title: Sales Analyst (Salesforce)
Job Overview: We are looking to hire a proficient Sales Analyst with experience in Salesforce who is capable of interpreting our sales data with Salesforce expertise. The Sales Analyst will evaluate complex sales data, monitor sales performance and indicate sales patterns and trends. We expect our Sales Analyst to recommend sales strategies that might enhance revenues, identify potential market segments, and ultimately promote business growth.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to increase sales productivity.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
Collect sales records & trends, and evaluate performance based on sales quotas.
Suggest innovative strategies for improvement and growth.
Interpret complex data into concise, actionable recommendations.
Manage Salesforce CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and organize resources for best outcomes.
Implement sales analytics tools and software to process sales data.
Maintain professional knowledge and insights about market trends and research.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field.
Extensive experience with Salesforce automation, data modelling, and forecasting.
Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role in sales.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven and highly analytical.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other sales management software.
Time management and planning skills.
Ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
Strong organization and excellent multitasking abilities.
