SR FINANCIAL ANALYST/FINANCE MANAGER - 150K-170K

MUST HAVE TABLEAU AND POWER BI EXPERIENCE

Would you be interested in joining an established organization that focuses on impact investing (ESG)? This company has over 1B + in asset under management and looking for a strong Sr. Analyst Financial Analyst to join their team. This company offers amazing work/life balance (37.5 hour work week and excellent benefits). Position also has potential to grow to Finance Manager level. Key areas of responsibility include budgeting, forecasting, custom financial analyses, improvement projects, data mining/dashboard creation and management reporting.

Responsibilities

· Lead preparation and modifications of budgets and forecasts, analyze and explain budget/forecast vs. actual

· Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and special projects

· Build out Tableau dashboards to analyze operational data and KPIs. Summarize our key findings for management

· Analyze other financial data to forecast our payout ratios and trends and keep our CFO and the Board informed about our progress

· Prepare monthly management reports and provide insights on key trends and budget variances

· Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure high quality financial data, processes, and systems

· Undertake other improvement initiatives, special assignments, and research projects

Requirements

Requirements:

-BA/BS degree in Finance or related field

-CPA or MBA highly preferred

-8+ years ok experience in budgeting and financial analyses using complex combinations of financial and non-financial data from multiple systems

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI

• Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced lookups

• Experience with Adaptive Insights or other financial similar planning system, including building custom reports and dashboards

• Strong project management skills and ability to contribute to or lead part of a multi-functional team
