Job Title: Mechanical System Design EngineerJob Description

Design Industrial laundry equipment focusing on material handling equipment. Understand and interpret customer requirements and translate into project and product specifications. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, software, and controls engineers for a concurrent design approach. Act as a liaison to Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Product Support departments by providing technical support. Participate in lab testing and field trials. Travel up to 5% of the time.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Panama City, Florida.

Work Environment

This position is based in the manufacturing, sales, and service headquarters for JENSEN systems in North and South America. The individual will work within a team of about 45 people, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers. Most of the time will be spent in the office, with approximately 15% travel for site survey visits.
