Meta Executive Administrative Partner in Papillion, Nebraska

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support multiple data center leaders.The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and an organizational force, given heavy calendaring, meeting management, and complex travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the data center teams.This position is full-time and is eligible for hybrid work (3 days in-office).

Required Skills:

Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal and external meetings for three leaders

  2. Manage hectic and complex calendars

  3. Facilitate site meetings through agenda collection, action item tracking, and note taking

  4. Collaborate on arranging and structuring leadership visits to the site

  5. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  6. Plan and execute team engagement events

  7. Coordinate travel arrangements

  8. Build cross-functional relationships between teams

  9. Participate in global data center admin community

  10. General administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives

  2. 3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

  3. 3+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

  4. Experience balancing competing priorities

  5. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Public Compensation:

$40.38/hour to $55.48/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
