We are looking for a EDI Architect interested in starting a SWEET career as part of our IT business at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

We are seeking a talented EDI Architect to join our team in a crucial role within our IT department. This position will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing EDI systems, particularly focusing on SAP/S4 environments. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of strong EDI experience, with proficiency in IDocs modules and troubleshooting capabilities. Industry experience in food & beverage manufacturing is highly desirable, and fluency in Spanish would be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with application teams and stakeholders to define EDI requirements and objectives.

• Provide expert recommendations on software and hardware based on current and expected system loads.

• Design internal and external communication protocols for efficient EDI transactions.

• Identify and prioritize EDI documents for initial implementation phases.

• Support the administration of EDI IDocs and related responsibilities.

• Assist in developing disaster recovery plans for EDI systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EDI, with strong understanding of IDocs modules and troubleshooting capabilities

• Proficiency in IDocs modules and troubleshooting capabilities

• Industry experience, ideally in food & beverage manufacturing

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of IT systems implementation processes

• Experience in order processing within SAP/SD modules

• Familiarity with sales orders in SAP/S4/Hana is advantageous

• Understanding of customer processes and customer service

• Knowledge of Order to Cash processes in SAP-S4/Hana is a plus

• Willingness to work onsite 4 days a week, with flexibility for some Fridays.

• Some travel to our Somerset, NJ location maybe required at times

• Spanish fluency is a plus

Worksite:

• The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

• The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. With flexibility for some Fridays.
