ADP is hiring a Manager, Implementation Delivery for NAS Next Gen HCM

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10-12 to deliver quality HCM implementations that exceed client expectations. In addition, you will have matrix responsibility for project teams on client implementation projects in delivering the Next Gen HCM solution. The Manager, Implementation is responsible for managing the Project consultant’s ability to deliver client requirements within project deadlines and budget. Reporting directly to the Implementation Director, this role is a key part of the Implementation organization and will be required to build relationships with internal partners to drive and support best practice, continuous improvement, and standard work across the team. You and your team carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Be a Leader. You will provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, and support your team to ensure that work is completed accurately and with quality according to scheduled deadlines, priorities, and overall goals. You will serve as a resource for your team, based on a solid working knowledge of the team's responsibilities and each associate's development plan. You'll also participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other ADP business units.

  • Mentor and Train. You will motivate associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching. You will help develop your team members' careers and coordinate any additional training as needed with leadership support.

  • Represent ADP. You will represent ADP and be responsible for a portfolio of client engagements and the implementation execution leveraging our standard, client-centric approach with high quality results. You'll work as a business partner with the Global Product Team, Client Success, Client Services and Sales to resolve issues and achieve project goals. Plus, you will conduct regular project reviews to inspect standard work adherence, client satisfaction and overall project health. You also partner with Sales team in pre-sales efforts to provide input on implementation methodology and project timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Business Management:

  • Delivers against a defined set of performance standards that contribute to the results of the Delivery Team and NAS.

  • These performance standards include but are not limited to Starts Revenue, Setup revenue, and NPS Scores.

  • Executes on continuous improvement initiatives across the Delivery Team. Acts as a change leader.

  • Optimizes resources and staffing in team for efficiency and maximum productivity and utilization.

  • Collaborates with other Delivery Managers to support consistency, resource sharing and optimization to achieve performance results and metrics.

Client Management:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of client engagements and aligns team on implementation execution leveraging the NAS standard client-centric approach with high quality results.

  • Manage client expectations and monitors client deliverables.

  • Works as a business partner with Client Engagement Leader to resolve issues and achieve project goal.

  • Works with Client Engagement Leader and Service Leaders to validate Client Business Issues have been addressed in the implementation and the client has successfully transitioned to ongoing service.

  • Serves as a First and Second Tier of escalation contact for Clients.

  • Conducts regular project reviews with HCM PMs and Implementation Consultants to inspect standard work adherence, client satisfaction and overall project health.

Associate Management:

  • Expected to build strong relationship with peer teams as collaboration and cross teamwork efforts are key to the organization's overall success.

  • Manage all HR related activities for the team (staffing, development, mentoring, training)

  • Works with peers and Work Force Planning Office to assign resources to projects in accordance with requirements of those projects for certain skills and capabilities as well as the development requirements of the team on Domain Expertise.

  • Leads implementation teams to ensure implementations are accomplished on-time and with high degree of quality across the portfolio.

  • Manages and coaches team; understands how to motivate to inspire results.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in HCM Implementations, Consulting, Payroll or HR

  • At least one year of project, team lead or people leadership experience

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

  • Bachelor’s degree
