The opportunity

Responsible for the review of all new Direct/Indirect customer set ups in Revitas MODEL N FLEX and of member eligibility. Ensure Classes of Trade are accurate and available by customer and geographic area for downstream reporting, for internal analytics, and for sales segment reporting to achieve sales targets and comply with Government Pricing requirements.  Will also be responsible for working with internal and external auditors to provide required information for Class of Trade compliance.

Responsible for collaborating with the Contracts, Pricing and Rebates group to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of brand/generic contracts and rebates in MODEL N FLEX. Responsible for collaborating with the Brand team to implement all brand strategies and agreements into MODEL N FLEX. 

Provide sales analytics on customers and classes of trade for Sales Segment reporting to support management in achievement of brand/generic sales targets.  Collaborate with the Customer Administration Audit team on audit and analytics review of indirect customer analysis.   Providing quarterly analytics to the team of wholesaler trends and providing quarterly analytics for memberships to management. 

Responsible for supporting group lead/manager with back up responsibilities, as well as any other duties or projects, as assigned or business needs required. 

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Functional Knowledge and skills: 

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, detail oriented, analytical and can multi-task to manage changing priorities.

Proficient in Excel. Able to navigate, do V-lookups, and pivot tables.
