Hybrid position available! A global consumer products company based in Parsippany, NJ is currently seeking an Operational Risk Management Specialist to join their team to cover a leave. The Operational Risk Management Specialist will have a strong blend of internal audit, and proficiency with general controls and operational controls, and will have recent experience working as a second line of defense within larger organizations. Primary responsibilities will include identifying risks and controls and working with the groups on any required remediation, reviewing operational risks, and working with subsidiaries on utilizing the proper corporate methodology. Strong communication skills are a must for this role, as are proficiency with SAP, Archer, and Teammate platforms. Experience in large manufacturing, distribution, and/or consumer products style organizations is a must!

Requirements

• Proficiency in Operational Risk Management is required

• Experience in Internal Audit is necessary

• Knowledge of Risk-based internal auditing is desired

• Audit Compliance skills are needed

• Experience in Operational Audits is required
