Zoetis, Inc. Understand client’s business strategy, goals, operational processes, and technology needs. Provide input to long-term IT strategy necessary to achieve organizational objectives. Provide information to IT and Business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends and business opportunities, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools. Provide leadership to the ERP Delivery Global Planning team. Deploy global IT processes, develop, and maintain organizational quality indicators, and monitor client satisfaction. Collaborate with team to review and analyze project and enhancement requests to determine complexity, potential impacts of the changes, and provide resource/cost estimates. Understand key business controls and impacts of changes caused by functionality, technology changes and changing business needs. Oversee the project delivery of all projects in the Global Supply Chain Planning areas. Lead projects as required, as well as contribute as a team lead on larger cross functional project teams. Utilize functional SAP experience, subject matter expertise, and team members to provide the Solutions designs for strategic and other project requests. Ensure customer expectations have been met through delivery and ongoing execution of services. Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required. Knowledge transfer to Production Support at conclusion on enhancement delivery. Work with Business counterparts to ensure audit, SOX, and other compliance requirements. Steward the development and implementation of process capabilities (process, tools, and roles) & metrics. Identify and initiate process improvements (continuous improvement). Monitor process compliance and performance metrics. Execute key operational process activities. Supervise any internal or external consultants implementing system solutions in the Global Supply Chain Planning. Bachelor's degree in Technical, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business and 8 years of experience required. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
