Growing HVAC firm located onsite in suburban Essex County, NJ is looking for a strong Sr. Accountant to add to their team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. Will work closely with the CFO to handle the day-to-day tasks in the accounting department including project analysis, AIA Billing, assist with issuing timely financial statements, job costing and work in process schedules. Will work with the outside CPA firm as well for review of financials and on the annual audit. Must be very hands on with a good energy level and desire to learn and grow in the role. Position sits ONSITE 5x a week and has very high exposure to Sr. Management in this position. The company offers a very competitive salary in the $80-110k plus 10% bonus depending on experience, plus benefits and high exposure with upside potential to grow your career.
