Lincoln Technical Institute Business Development Rep (Hybrid) in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey

Join Lincoln Tech's esteemed team in and be a pivotal factor in shaping the future of education! We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative who excels at identifying opportunities and fostering enduring industry relationships. In this role, you'll be tasked with tailoring innovative training programs to meet client needs while obtaining government contracts that align with Lincoln Educational Services' program offerings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our partnership agreements meet and surpass our customers' standards. This position is a hybrid role and requires 35+% travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in the Account Management role with a demonstrated track record of successful management of industry partnership training contracts.

  • Proven sales background, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • An entrepreneurial background will be highly valued

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Skill in MS Office Suite of programs

    Responsibilities

  • Perform consistent and effective outreach to obtain new partnerships

  • Bridge the gap between the suitable business needs and Lincoln's program offerings, by recognizing the right opportunities and communicating them effectively within the Company, in a timely manner

  • Develop strong business relationships with key professionals

  • Assist with the development and presentation of contracts

  • Participate in the establishment of a strategy for the execution of training programs

  • Strategize to meet expectations of each contract while working in coordination with the appropriate company representatives as well as campus/Corporate leaders

  • Communicate with, and occasionally conducts training sessions for, the Admissions, Education and Career Services teams

  • Work with the Corporate Marketing Department to ensure brochures, marketing materials, and press releases are completed as necessary and the requisite approvals have been obtained

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations
