This is a Job Description for a Full Stack Programmer Analyst (Remote).

Summary: Alpha Omega is looking for a Programmer Analyst to develop and maintain full-stack software applications developed in a low-code Oracle environment. The work includes eliciting and capturing business requirements, designing, and implementing efficient and effective solutions using the APEX tool suite. Troubleshooting, maintaining, and modernizing existing applications. Communicating effectively with AO and client's project leadership and other staff. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in full-stack application.  Must be proficient in SQL back ends. This individual will be required to work closely with AO, its clients and/or any third-party staff, including subject matter and technical experts, project managers, etc. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrable proficiency with: SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, XML, HTML5, CSS, SOAP based Web Services. Support the development and application of best-practices, program standards and conventions. Ability to analyze and refactor existing code to enhance performance, functionality, and maintainability. Familiarity with all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the ability to support all phases of the SDLC including O&M support and disposition. Enthusiasm, positive attitude, superb work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of projects as a team player are necessary. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time-management skills. Successful candidates must clear a background screen.

Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: 1-3 years of direct experience in application development. Prior production support and software O&M experience. Version control systems (SVN, Git)
