Job Title: Construction Laborer/Helper - Join Our Growing Team!

Position Overview:

As a Construction Laborer/Helper, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, contributing to various tasks on-site. You’ll work closely with our team to prepare and maintain construction sites, assist with equipment and materials, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role is crucial in helping us deliver high-quality results and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Preparation: Get construction sites ready by setting up materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Site Clean-Up: Remove debris, garbage, and hazardous materials to maintain a safe site.

  • Structure Assembly: Build and dismantle barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding as needed.

  • Contractor Assistance: Support electricians, painters, and other contractors with various tasks.

  • Machinery Operation: Aid in the transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Excavation Tasks: Assist with digging holes, tunnels, and shafts as part of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • General Labor: Experience in general labor or construction preferred but not required.

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.

  • Hand and Power Tools: Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.

  • Carpentry & Plumbing: Basic knowledge of carpentry and plumbing is beneficial.

  • Measuring Tools: Competency in using measuring tools effectively.
