Located in Pawling, NY, Pawling Engineered Products is proud to be a part of Trelleborg since October 2022.General Purpose of Position: Responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds following written work specifications.Setting up curing molds following written work specifications.Loading uncured seals into molds and adding necessary performs (sub-components).Clamping molds and setting the appropriate time and temperature in order as required by the work specifications.Assist fellow team members and other teams as required, moving large seals or on other projects.Properly reading and completing required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling systemOther duties as assigned.Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience:  A minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment is desiredCompetencies:A self-motivated, willing team player to assist in all functions to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards.  Ability to identify and solve problems as they come up in their designated areas.  Willingness to initiate and participate in continuous improvement efforts affects the entire organization. Desire to increase personal skills, enhancing contributions and compensation.Other:Read, write, and speak English and follow written instructionsGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityPerform simple mathematical calculations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to read a ruler and measurementsAbility to use hand tools This is a first shift position with a starting rate commensurate with experience $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
