Erickson Living Sales and Event Associate in Peabody, Massachusetts

Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

We are seeking a Sales Event Associate to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospective residents, analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability, and determine the best next steps in the sales and marketing process. This role also requires a creative thinker who can plan, organize, and execute multiple events each month, hosting about 50 prospects at a time.

How you will make an impact:

  • Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.

  • Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc.

  • Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.

  • Conduct extensive follow-up, follow-thru activities, and retention programs.

  • Conduct phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents.

  • Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database information and reports.

  • Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $23/ hour and monthly commission opportunity

What you will need:

  • AA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelors’ preferred. Prior experience may be considered in lieu of education on a case-by-case basis.

  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

  • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) is strongly desired.

  • Proven technology skills
