Robert Half Account Manager in Peachtree City, Georgia

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Account Manager in Peachtree City, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining customer relations, managing contracts, and supporting sales and customer service operations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and exceptional service to existing customer base, fostering and maintaining strong relationships

• Regularly communicate with customers to promote products, review missed sales opportunities, and provide quote responses

• Manage and uphold long-term contract agreements with customers

• Convey technical information to customers as required

• Collect and analyze competitive information and intelligence from assigned accounts

• Facilitate complex service offerings such as Wenstock, ISA, Kitting

• Update and maintain specific customer database information

• Leverage all available sales tools and reports to meet sales targets

• Keep in regular contact with the Regional Account Director for high-level visits as needed

• Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs and collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets

• Participate in training programs, including onboarding training

• Maintain comprehensive customer profiles and assist in collections as necessary

• Develop a basic understanding of products and their technical applications

• Assist in contract drafting and input, understanding contracts, and engaging both Purchasing and Development. Requirements • Proven experience as an Account Manager, with at least 2 years in a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability in managing a variety of customer accounts.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude.

• Strong organizational skills with a knack for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while working under pressure.

• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.

• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
