Randstad in Peachtree City is seeking a detail oriented accounting professional for a client in the area. This position is a contract position for approximately 4-8 weeks with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Manages the client database

• Manages the complete, timely, and accurate recording of invoices

• Files internal/external expense reports.

• Experience coding Accounts Payables invoices to the General Ledger.

• Accounts Receivables for outstanding invoices.

• Coordinates with Accounting and Operations departments to ensure complete, timely, and accurate recording of expenses and billings.

• Performs monthly audit reports and month end closings.

Skills

• Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)

• MS Excel (5 years of experience is required)

• General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)

• GAAP (1 year of experience is required)

• Financial Reports (2 years of experience is required)
