Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, possess organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a team-oriented mindset while also being able to work independently. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Email Correspondence: Utilize business writing skills and ethics to respond to emails promptly and professionally via MS Outlook, ensuring clarity and maintaining a positive tone.

  • Phone Communication: Handle phone inquiries with a professional and pleasant voice, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company effectively.

  • Organization: Maintain an organized workflow to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  • Quick Learning: Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Multi-tasking: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals while contributing individual insights and expertise.

  • Independent Work: Take initiative and demonstrate self-direction when working on individual projects, ensuring accountability and responsibility for outcomes.
