Mercury Systems Intermediate Solder Assembler in Peachtree Corners, Georgia

The Mercury Systems RF MMICs team is a growing, high-tech organization focused on designing leading edge RF MMIC devices for worldwide markets. The RF MMICs team (formerly Atlanta Micro) has an extensive catalog of high-performance semiconductor products. We are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join a dynamic work culture in our production department. Job Summary: Qualified candidate will perform a wide variety of assembly operations on various sizes and types of printed circuit boards and modules. Candidates will determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations while also making setups, adjustments and certifications of assembly equipment as required. Job Responsibilities: Provide inputs to Production documentation Assembling, modifying, reworking assemblies according to specifications and routers Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, schematics and blueprint specifications Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards Maintain logs and paperwork and forms accurately consistent with company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications: * Certified to solder per IPC-J-STD, CLASS III * Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible and changing environment. * Familiarity with industry standard ESD practices * 3+ years of experience Preferred Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Good written and oral communication skills * Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive team-oriented behavior * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) * Problem solving skills "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
