Position Overview

The Senior IT Process Improvement Analyst will maintain and support IT systems across multiple departments and (4) locations at Hansen. Systems that this position will be responsible for include networking, warehousing, phone and security systems as well as desktop/laptop computers for employees. Approximately 20% of time will be spent on learning and maintaining software on AS400 system with increased responsibility over time as training progresses.

Job Description

• Perform installations and support AS400 hardware environment, including for following areas: wireless network, mobile computing and RF equipment, print technology, servers and tape backup systems.

• Provide desk-top service support as needed; Determine root cause of PC failures through technical analysis; Take appropriate corrective action to resolve issues

• Perform preventive maintenance on technology infrastructure including, wireless networks, mobile computing equipment, and wireless data collection equipment, servers, and tape subsystems

• Participate in special projects in support of business initiatives

• Review and lead renegotiations of expiring contracts such as printers, warehouse break-fix equipment's, phone system, employee cell phones

• Assist AS400 programmer with various tasks such as assigning user access, maintaining menu options, troubleshooting user errors. Act as a mentor and provide training for AS400 users. Create programs in Excel Visual Basic for departmental needs

• Provide technical support for distribution facilities as needed

Years Of Experience

• 5-7 : Relevant experience. Experience with distribution environment preferred.
