This is a position for a (Post Closing Specialist/Mail Coordinator) located in Pearl, MS.

Summary: Manages and directs subcontractors and employees to complete a project in accordance with the plans or blueprints while ensuring that the project is completed safely, defect free, on time, and within the budget.

*Duties and Responsibilities:  *Open and distribute mail for the mortgage department. Accept and review incoming closing packages for Wholesale and Retail channels. Scan and/or upload and index the closing packages into Image Flow through Closing/Imaging systems. Prepare the pool folder and deliver to Loan Delivery. Review the CD and enter key data elements, including dates, into Partners. Prepare tickets for wholesale loans and balance tickets for Retail closings. Order early check and register loans in MERS. Log in and upload final documents. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications or Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One year of financial experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task under pressure. Ability to learn and follow instructions according to bank policies and procedures. Keyboard/Typing skills. Previous mortgage experience preferred.
