At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Machine Maintenance Mechanics (Direct Hire) to work for an actively growing Food Manufacturer, in Penn Yan, NY. With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity for you!
Pay: $23-28/hr. (Depending on experience). Direct Hire!
Available Shifts:
B Shift: 3pm - 11pm (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
C Shift: 11pm - 7am (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
- Training on A Shift (7am - 3 pm) for approximately 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues across the facility.
Conduct emergency repairs and monitor equipment performance.
Perform minor plumbing and building repairs as needed.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
