Job Description :

Directs, develops and managesproduct/pricing/delivery/research/channelstrategies for a category of products or service level. Responsible for full product marketing cycle for specified product categories.

This role will have accountability for building participant understanding and adoption of their banking, 401(k), equity, non-qualified and health benefit accounts through delivery of systematic benefit and financial education communications. Understanding of recordkeeping data and plan design is critical with a focus on revenue drivers. Works with internal and external partners on key deliverables that support greater adoption of benefits and offers.

Has oversight of the day-to-day monitoring, review, and resolution of support requests and sees to implementation of enhancements. Provides ongoing monitoring and reporting to help drive adoption and increase business impact. Includes liaison with legal and registered principal partners.

Responsibilities :

Strategy & ongoing support:

  • Understands the end-to-end participant experience and points of engagement integration.

  • Effectively works with team members as well as Banking, 401(k), Equity and HBS product partners, as well as technology, sourcing, and vendor management partners.

  • Help prioritize gaps in content and functionality;define requirements and develop, test, and implement new and enhanced communications.

  • Collaborates with team members in the day-to-day management and administration.

  • Ensures documentation of key work procedures and provides training as needed.

Creative support:

  • Collaborate with strategy teams to design and execute creative needs across platforms.

  • Manage creative agencies to flawlessly execute within established timelines.

  • Coordinate with platform vendors to manage updates, testing, and production releases.

Reporting:

  • Provide key metrics to leadership for dashboard reporting.

  • Monitor and report on program usage and adoption.

Skills :

  • Highly organized and efficient with time and project management skills; detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through.

  • Self-motivated, results-orientated individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communicator and influencer within team and with other departments.

  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.

Required Qualifications :

  • Solid experience with platforms such as Seismic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other User Interfaces.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and working cross functionally with other departments.

  • Willing to learn and contribute to a strong team environment.

  • Results-oriented individual, a good communicator and listener; able to take direction.

Desired Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of industry experience and demonstrated understanding of content management systems.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SQL , HTML is beneficial.

Minimum Education Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: Emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems preferred.
