Adecco US, Inc. Onboarding and Operations Specialist in Pennington, New Jersey

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our client’s Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations team. As an Onboarding and Operations Specialist , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Institutional and Personal Retirement clients. This role offers competitive compensation ( $23.44/hour ) over a 9 month contract.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in Financial Services

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Basic PC and math skills

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in accordance with corporate policies and SLAs.

  • Stay updated on new product developments, process enhancements, and regulatory changes impacting HBS products and services.

  • Assist with regulatory and audit assessments as needed.

  • Provide efficient and courteous service to internal associates and external clients.

  • Track and report Siebel case metrics.

  • Liaise with HBS and other business partners, including external vendors, to ensure high-quality client service.

  • Oversee vendor performance to ensure SLAs are met.

  • Perform operational functions such as response/research, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution.

  • Collaborate with team members to support workloads and provide back-up support for various HBS processes.

  • Track billing reconciliation for clients and follow up on aged receivables.

  • Assist with fulfillment mailing quality assurance, mail tracking, and peer review.

  • Support team projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
