Major responsibilities

• Manage high volume of incoming calls and emails

• Identify, assess and fulfill customers' needs by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customer base.

• Provide assistance to customers and potential customers who come to the sales counter for information.

• Provides support to assigned Field Sales Representative

  Requirements

The ideal Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative position include and are not limited to:

• 1+ years or customer service experience

• Intermediate MS Office skills

• Ability to work independently as well as being a team member

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required along with the ability to effectively interface with external contacts
