Assembler/Laborer

Shifts:

• First shift: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 5:45 AM.

• Second shift: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10:15 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate and maintain various fabrication machines.

• Assemble industrial ladder systems for the engineering team, ensuring quality and precision.

• Use hand and power tools for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening materials.

• Engage in painting, cleaning, hanging, and maneuvering raw materials within the shop.

• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
