Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Data and Device Business Unit is looking for a seasoned Customer Program Manager (CPM) who has proven record of successfully managing complex customer engagements. The TE Customer Program Manager will act as the key person relative to every engagement for major projects at their assigned customers focused on winning and successfully executing those programs. The CPM will act as one of the primary contact points for the customer. The CPM will coordinate and synchronize all customer communications, deliverables, and timelines from kick off to mass production. The CPM will be responsible for managing all TE actions and messaging internally to the working teams, and externally to the customer.

The CPM responsibilities can be broken into following categories:

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between customer and internal cross functional teams. Communicate technical aspects of project with engineering and coordinate with project managers to organize timelines and schedules as per customer’s expectations.

  • Commercial Team Alignment: Organize sales and product management activities including pricing, product development, project management, technical deliverables, etc.

  • Internal Messaging & Alignment: Synchronization of customer messaging internally across all TE functions including regular report outs to senior leadership.

Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • 10+ years Program management experience

  • Familiarity with antenna designs, datacom applications such as Wi-Fi, cellular networking, automotive qualification and PPAP experience, Industrial IoT (industrial, commercial transportation, etc.), OTA testing / certification processes, Compliance / qualification planning will be a plus

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $125,600 – $188,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
