Global Product Marketing Manager

Job Overview

This PM role will lead a global team to oversee the marketing process and product life cycle marketing. Ensure TE is effectively bringing products to both our internal (sales) and external (client) customers by taking ownership for the launch planning and go-to-market process, ensuring all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response.

• Lead product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with PM, Sales and Channel partners.

• Create effective marketing programs by working with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales that support both high impact product launches

• Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and management communications.

• Manage product launches and marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua. Define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments.

What your background should look like:

• BA/BS degree in business management, marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7+ years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns

• Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists

• Expert knowledge in product marketing and crafting clear and compelling value propositions for technical products

• Engineering or product management background a plus

• Experience with digital marketing tools and concepts

• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Experience with project management software or agile management systems

• Experience working with external agencies

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $ 146,240219,360 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
