THE POSITION

The Department of Human Services' Division of Third Party Liability in the Bureau of Program Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for investigative, research, and analytical work. As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will offer technical assistance to all departments in Third Party Liability and to business partners. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, your responsibilities will include offering technical support to all departments within Third Party Liability (TPL) and to business partners utilizing our web applications in the community. You will be responsible for ensuring system integrity through the evaluation of modifications and the identification of necessary defects and enhancements to optimize TPL processes.
Your role will involve a critical assessment of TPL operations to ensure they function effectively and efficiently. This includes a thorough review of system changes and the proactive identification of areas for improvement, thereby supporting the overall mission of the organization.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
