Job Description

Coordinate, implement, and manage housing, commercial, and mixed-use development projects and incentives under the Citys redevelopment plans

 Develop strategies for new residential and commercial real estate opportunities, including the Live Local Act

 Conduct site selection, due diligence, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, site planning, and developer selection

 Coordinate with partners to ensure proper finance structuring and timely permitting

 Build strategic partnerships with housing and development organizations

 Review and manage housing and development incentive programs

 Oversee performance of developers, consultants, and agencies

 Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, Community/Economic Development, or similar

 5+ years of experience in housing, commercial, economic, or real estate finance & development strategies

 Skilled in research, data analysis, and report writing

 Effective both independently and in team settings Familiarity with housing incentives and programs like the Florida Live Local Act null
