Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Description

Prescription Review/Data quality reviews - checking prescriptions going in and out of the Pharmacy. Verifying all the data and all of the clinical, quality, and drug utilization review are correct. Ensuring the appropriate medication, dose, strength, directions, quantity, safety, and patient information are accurate. Check incoming and outgoing prescriptions. Handle inbound/outbound calls from doctor's office/provider offices with questions around prescriptions. Handle outbound calls to pharmacies or members. Conduct patient/family education of medication over the phone.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pensacola, Florida.

Work Environment

Mail order pharmacy. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-Noon. Standing for 8 hours a shift, moving around.
