Summary About the Position: Serves as Management and Program Analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations and Environment (ASA (IE&E)), located at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities Participate in and provide analysis for development, evaluation, and validation of requirements and resources valued in the billions of dollars annually. Provide authoritative technical advice and guidance to the organization on the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) process. Applies expert analysis across a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods. Support the preparation of background materials that incorporates historical data, and factual analysis to prepare information papers and talking points. Identify potential questions, answers and assembles background materials to prepare leadership for testimony. GS-15 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing alternative courses of action to organizational problems; reviewing program requirements and/or funding for assigned programs; performing data analytics of an installations data using automated systems, such as: GFEBS, cPROBE, Advanna and TRM; translating quantitative and qualitative data analytics in support of senior leader decision making. and presenting recommendations and/ or conclusions to senior leadership.
