Bongards' Creameries Cheese Products Coordinator in Perham, Minnesota

Description Bongards' Creameries is expanding our Perham facility and looking to hire a talented individual for our Cheese Products Coordinator position. Our Cheese Products Coordinator will work with sales, production, and lab teams to assist in the organization, production, and shipping of cheese products. Ensures that the proper paperwork is maintained and provided to customers and regulatory organizations. The coordinator will become knowledgeable in Whey production and shipping to provide backup and redundancy. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent arithmetic and reading skills generally acquired by a High School Diploma or its equivalent. 1 to 3 years of office experience/data entry and 10 key. Proficient knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products. Will be required to learn our ERP System. Excellent communication and telephone skills. WORKING CONDITIONS: Mainly an office environment. Will be required to spend long periods of time working in an office environment. Job does require occasionally walking into the plant operation area and outside cooler. Required to lift over 40 lbs.
