RiverMead Culinary Services Supervisor in Peterborough, New Hampshire

We have an open position for a Full-Time Culinary Services Supervisor at RiverMead. This role is crucial to our community, ensuring our residents and staff have excellent dining experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directly supervising all service personnel to ensure proper service and sanitation procedures are followed before, during, and after meals.

  • Assisting in providing quality food and an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and staff.

  • Handling situations in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Supervising special functions to ensure proper service.

  • Supervise waitstaff personnel's orientation, training, evaluation, and counseling to meet department standards.

  • Ensuring adequate staffing during callouts in all shifts and dining areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience and comprehensive knowledge of dining room service techniques, resident relations, plate presentation, sanitation, food handling, personnel administration, and special functions.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Must be self-directed and dependable.

  • Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays
