Description We are in search of an HR Admin to join our team located in Petersburg, Virginia. In this role, you will be handling various HR administrative tasks, focusing on aspects such as I-9 Compliance, Onboarding, Communication Skills, Office Functions, and Employee Relations. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of I-9 Compliance, ensuring all legal and company standards are met.

• Conduct an efficient onboarding process for new employees, providing them with a positive start at our organization.

• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with employees and address their concerns effectively.

• Oversee office functions, providing administrative support where necessary, to ensure smooth operations.

• Foster positive employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns. Requirements • Possess strong Communication Skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

• Have experience in handling Employee Relations to maintain a harmonious workplace

• Understand and ensure I-9 Compliance, adhering to all federal regulations

• Capable of managing various Office Functions, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations

• Experience in managing Onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive integration into the company TalentMatch®
