PROCESS ENGINEER: Lead process improvement efforts for PTFE & adhesive coating, lamination, and product fabrication. This includes transitioning new products and processes to production, while ensuring material quality. Bachelors degree in applicable Engineering discipline with a minimum of three years of Engineering experience. Must be self-driven with strong project management and organizational skills. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels within the organization.
