We’re looking for an Operations Training Program Manager to bring their passoin for learning, ability to apply a systematic approach to training and adult learning principles to ensure that our System Control Operators are trained and qualified to operate the bulk electric system in a safe, reliable manner.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the System Operations Training Program Manager, you’ll play a crucial role Operations, for both internal and external stakeholders; collaborating to plan program strategy, apply human performance concepts and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll use your bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with training program , instructional management techniques and instructional design to analyze training needs, design and develop training.

You’ll use your experience leading, mentoring and influencing others to collaborate with stakeholders to implement and evaluate training that meets the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) reliability standards and Continuing Education (CE) Provider requirements.
