Insight Global Account Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Our client, a National Real Estate Alternative Lender, is looking to add 2 Account Managers to their HQ in Philadelphia, PA. This will be a sales support role that has two main functions:

1- Sales support: you will be the quarterback of each loan acting as the bridge between the client and the processing team. Once a loan is handed off to your processing pod, you will be responsible for generating and sending term sheets, reaching out to borrowers to ensure send in all necessary docs, drive the processing team and hold them accountable to dates and timelines, and eventually work with the underwriting and closing teams to ensure a smooth process.

2- Customer Experience: we create the best borrower experience, measured by the borrower! Your role is to ensure their borrowers/clients had such a great experience that they want to come back and do repeat business OR refer others to our client. Maintaining contact with customers in the pre and post-closing phase is paramount to your and the company's success. In an industry where everything is driven by price, our differentiator is our people.

This role will be a base salary + commission role, where the Account Manager will earn $150 per closed file. You will have 2+ loan officers from day one and will

Immediately start earning commission.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years in a B2B or B2C sales support role

Excellent communication skills and professionalism - Prior experience as a Loan Processor or Account Manager at a Mortgage/Real Estate Firm

  • Prior experience dealing with Real Estate clients/borrowers null
