Requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor and review customer credit accounts to identify risks or opportunities for credit limit adjustments

· Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies

· Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant information

· Identify and analyze trends and patterns related to credit risk to provide recommendations

· Create credit scoring models for risk assessments

· Lead, manage and monitor the performance of the AR Department

· Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Establish and manage relationships with operations and sales departments

· Provide consistent exceptional customer service

· Report to leadership on tracking of KPI's, financial ratios and accounts receivable aging results

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

· 7+ years of proven experience in accounting/finance with an emphasis on accounts receivable

· Strong Microsoft Office experience and financial software, specifically in Microsoft Excel with spreadsheet applications

· Ability to develop and implement corporate policies and procedures

· Excellent communication and organizational skills
